- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, coconut milk, turmeric powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the oat mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and chia seeds for the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the oat base.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oats are set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
