Prepare the Meatballs
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Make the Cranberry BBQ Sauce
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the saucepan with the cranberry BBQ sauce. Stir to coat the meatballs evenly.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the meatballs warm with your choice of sides, such as rice or a fresh salad.
