Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
For Serving
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup green onions sliced for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt; cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  5. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and honey, tossing to coat the shrimp evenly.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and coated with the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the spicy shrimp over a bed of cooked rice.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and lime wedges on the side.
