Prepare the Base
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the base is golden brown.
Prepare the Topping
- While the base is baking, in a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Once the base has cooled, spread the whipped cream topping evenly over it.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the whipped cream.
Serve
- Cut the Snowflake Crisp into squares and serve chilled.
