Ingredients
  

For the Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, capers, and minced garlic. Heat over medium-low heat until warm, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is emulsified and slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and black pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lemon juice or pepper as desired.
