- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Slowly add this to the skillet while stirring to thicken the gravy.
- Simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
