For the Base
  • 1 pound chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are softened.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken mixture with softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
