Method
Cook the Tortellini and Broccoli

- Stir in the lemon juice, zest, and reserved pasta water, mixing well.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked tortellini and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Mix in the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra lemon zest or cheese if desired.
