  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium Honeycrisp apple sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced

  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon honey for dressing

Method
 

Prepare the Salad Base
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced Honeycrisp apple, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Toss the ingredients gently to mix them evenly.
Grill the Halloumi
