These delicious honey mustard chicken wraps are perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner, featuring tender chicken, fresh veggies, and a sweet and tangy dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons mustard preferably Dijon
For the Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mixed greens such as spinach and arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  4. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey and mustard until well combined.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of the honey mustard sauce on the tortilla.
  3. Add a handful of mixed greens, a few slices of cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Top with sliced chicken.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a wrap.
Serve
  1. Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra honey mustard sauce on the side if desired.
