Ingredients

  • 2 cups gyoza noodles or any Asian-style noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Adding Aromatics
  1. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet.
  2. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Incorporating Vegetables
  1. Stir in the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced bell peppers.
  2. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
Cooking the Noodles
  1. Add the gyoza noodles to the skillet.
  2. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together to combine.
  3. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
Garnishing the Dish
  1. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  2. Serve immediately while hot.
