Prepare the Bread Pudding
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed stale bread and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggnog, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and gently fold to combine, ensuring all bread is soaked. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve the Bread Pudding
- Remove the bread pudding from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg on top.
