Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

Shred the Chicken

- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir it into the juices.
- Let it sit for an additional 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve
- Serve the shredded chicken warm, topped with cilantro, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Enjoy in tacos, sandwiches, or over rice as desired.
