  • 4 brioche buns

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean portobello mushrooms under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Finely chop mushrooms until they resemble ground meat. In a bowl, combine chopped mushrooms with miso paste, garlic powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties about 1 inch thick.
