Instructions

  4. Add rice to the skillet and toast for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Nestle the chicken back into the pan.
  6. Cover tightly and simmer for about 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with a fork before serving.
