Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Roll mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. While meatballs bake, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat; simmer until bubbly.
