  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in za’atar seasoning and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Toss the drained pasta with the garlic-spinach mixture and add reserved pasta water gradually until creamy.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and garnish with additional Parmesan before serving.
