  • 2 store-bought naan breads
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, diced cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté red onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender (about 5 minutes).
  5. Once the chicken is done, slice it thinly. Spread tzatziki sauce on the naan breads and top with chicken and sautéed veggies.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until warmed through.
