Instructions

  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of ciabatta.
  3. Layer turkey on the unbuttered side of one slice, followed by brie and cranberry sauce. Add spinach if desired.
  4. Close the sandwich with the other slice, buttered side up.
  5. Grill in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
