  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O

  • 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
  4. Prepare the strawberry Jell-O according to package instructions and let cool slightly before mixing in sliced strawberries.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer over the cooled pretzel crust, followed by the strawberry mixture. Chill for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  6. Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over the strawberry layer and garnish with extra fresh strawberries.
