  • 6 oz sushi-grade salmon, diced
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into 4-inch squares

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until clear; then cook according to package instructions.
  2. Mix the diced salmon with sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Press nori squares into muffin tins and bake for about 5 minutes until crisp.
  4. Once cooled, fill each nori cup with sushi rice, followed by diced avocado and spiced salmon mixture.
  5. Drizzle with extra sriracha if desired and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  6. Serve immediately on a platter or with soy sauce on the side.
