  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 12 soft dinner rolls
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes).

  4. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on the sheet pan.
