Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop rounded balls onto lined baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  4. For the Rainbow Dip, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, gradually adding heavy cream until fluffy peaks form. Divide into small bowls and add food coloring to create layers.
