Instructions

  1. Brew espresso and let it cool. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved.

  5. Alternate layers of mascarpone filling and crushed pistachios until cups are full.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
