  • 1 cup provolone or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing steak, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms (if using). Mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and caramelized for about 5 minutes.
