  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.

  5. Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into one-inch thick pinwheels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
