  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and cream cheese until crumbly and smooth.
  3. Press dough into muffin tin cups to form mini crusts.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and chopped pecans until well combined.
  5. Fill each crust with the pecan mixture until three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
