  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add diced chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove from heat.
  3. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for one minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Lay out tortillas and fill each with sautéed chicken. Drizzle with garlic sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar on top. Roll up tightly.
  5. Place wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and slightly crispy.
