  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  2. Add the beef chuck roast (cut into chunks) seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.

  4. Bring to a boil before adding ramen noodles and greens (bok choy or spinach). Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until noodles are tender.
