  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and gently pat dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
  2. Thread a mozzarella ball onto a skewer, followed by a basil leaf and a cherry tomato. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together white balsamic vinegar and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle with the balsamic dressing. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
