  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini cupcake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy, then mix in whole milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  3. Pour batter into the mini cupcake pan, filling each cavity two-thirds full. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the tres leches soak by mixing sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk in a bowl.
  5. Once cooled slightly, poke holes in each cake and pour the soak over them. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and top each mini cake with it.
