  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Eggs (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined. Let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chopped Mini Eggs.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set but still slightly gooey in the center. Allow to cool before cutting.
