  • 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • 8 oz ground pork (or beef)

  • 2 tbsp chili bean paste
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add ground pork (or beef) and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chili bean paste and Sichuan peppercorns.
  5. Add cubed tofu, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
