  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, ginger, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Fill each donut cavity about three-quarters full with batter using a piping bag or spoon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch. Let cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
