  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, whiskey, honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife.
  4. Brush half of the glaze generously over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan lined with foil and roast for about 15 minutes per pound.
  6. Baste the ham every 30 minutes with remaining glaze until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  7. Let the ham rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
