  1. Preheat your oven broiler.
  2. Wash the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, sauté the asparagus in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.

  5. Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for about 8-10 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly runny.
  6. Transfer to the broiler for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with remaining goat cheese and chive blossoms before slicing and serving.
