Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, and salt. Mix well before adding warm water and olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area for 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough and divide it into golf ball-sized pieces. Roll each piece into ropes and tie into knots on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with melted butter and Italian herbs; brush over each knot.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with garlic butter again before serving.
