  • 3 canned pineapple slices (in juice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter with 1/2 cup of brown sugar until bubbly. Pour into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
