  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches wide.
  2. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the surface and spread pizza sauce evenly.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Layer bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and spinach on top.
  4. Dust with oregano and basil before baking in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Let cool slightly before slicing.
