  • 57 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Gradually add cold water until dough forms.
  2. Roll out half the dough into a rectangle about an inch thick and place it in a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and mini chocolate chips until smooth. Spread this filling evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll out the remaining dough and cover the filling. Crimp edges to seal.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
