  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently combine until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix additional sugar and cinnamon for the swirl filling.
  6. Add half of the batter to the loaf pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it, then add remaining batter and top with the rest of the sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown; cool before slicing.
