- 3 ripe bananas (about 1.5 cups mashed)
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup melted butter
 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar (for swirl)
 
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
 - In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
 - In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
 - In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with an additional tablespoon of cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add the remaining batter and finish with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
 - Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for ten minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
