- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
