  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink remains, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
  4. After about 15 minutes, when potatoes are tender, stir in heavy cream.
  5. Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese while stirring until melted and combined.
  6. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard; season with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
