  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center; add yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread melted butter over it. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture and blueberries evenly on top.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and slice into rolls. Place in a greased baking pan to rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
