Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, flat side down, and score shallow diamond patterns on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix apricot jam, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and cloves until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the scored ham.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover halfway through.
  6. In the last 15 minutes, apply more glaze and increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) for crispy edges.
  7. Allow resting before slicing and serving.
