- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
