  2. Prepare Mascarpone Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Whip until smooth and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
  3. Dissolve Matcha Powder: In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until fully dissolved.
  4. Assemble Tiramisu: Briefly dip ladyfinger cookies in the matcha solution and layer them in a dish. Add half of the mascarpone mixture followed by spoonfuls of raspberry compote. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
