  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. For powder, sprinkle over cold milk.
  2. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over medium until sugar dissolves (3-5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, squeeze excess water from gelatin, and whisk into the warm cream until dissolved. Stir in rosewater.
  4. Pour into serving cups and tap to release air bubbles. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Prepare cherry compote by simmering cherries with sugar and lemon juice until thickened (10-15 minutes). Let cool before topping the panna cotta.
