  • 1 cup boiling water (for red layer)
  • 1 cup boiling water (for white layer)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold water (for blue layer)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the red layer: Dissolve the red gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Cool slightly, then pour into clear plastic cups until one-third full. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.
  2. Create the white layer: In a bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Once the red layer is firm, spoon the white mixture over it and chill for an additional hour.
  3. Finish with the blue layer: Prepare the blue gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water following similar steps. Pour over the set white layer once firm. Return to fridge for another hour or until fully set.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
